Christine Lanno: Broker/Owner
Christine Lanno, RMP is a native of New Jersey who relocated to Orlando with her family in 2002. After a successful spell with Bank of America, Christine joined St. Cloud Property Group as the office manager for our rentals department, Home Rentals Depot, in 2008. Christine is a dedicated, honest, and hardworking real estate professional, who has in-depth knowledge of real estate sales, investment strategies, and property management. She works very closely with all of her clients whether they are selling, buying, or need their investments professionally managed.
Christine holds the Residential Management Professional designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers and has served as the Communications Chair for both the Orlando and the Florida State chapters of NARPM since 2018. Christine’s experience with real estate in Central Florida is extensive. Not only does she sell real estate in St. Cloud, she lives there too. Her wealth of knowledge of the area, professionalism, and dedication to her clients is what makes her a successful real estate professional that you will want on your team.
Kim Davidson: Broker Associate
Originally from Tennessee, Kim Davidson has been in Florida for over 30 years and she loves what she does!
